Book with confidence. Every time.
Every booking made through Reelr is covered by our Booking Protection Guarantee. If the unexpected happens on the creative's side — a no-show, or a late cancellation without 48-hour notice — we'll refund your deposit in full. No chasing, no disputes with the creative.
What's covered
Creative no-shows the session
They don't arrive at the event and don't respond. File a claim within 72 hours and we'll issue a full refund of your deposit.
Creative cancels inside 48 hours
If your creative backs out less than two days before the event without mutual agreement, you're refunded automatically.
Payment goes sideways
If the checkout charges but the booking fails to confirm on the creative's end, Reelr reverses the charge immediately.
What's not covered (yet)
- Creative differences on final deliverable — handled through our standard dispute flow with mediation.
- Cancellations initiated by the client inside the creative's stated cancellation window.
- Acts of weather, venue closure, or other force majeure events outside either party's control (we'll help mediate rescheduling).
How to file a claim
- Open your booking confirmation email and click Open Dispute.
- Pick the reason that matches your situation (e.g. No-show or Late cancellation).
- Add a short note — a screenshot of your last message works great.
- We review every claim within 24 hours and issue the refund directly back to your card.
